Probably the last changes I'll implement to Hunt Down, and they are the most important because they make the game fun. Major overhaul of gameplay loop and combat system, as well as a graphical boost. Enjoy : )

Gameplay Loop:

  • Rather The 5 Kills Per Level, The:
    • Kill Goal Increases On Level Change
    • Kill Count Resets On Level Change
    • Timer Adds More For Higher Levels

    • Medium Hitbox
    • Medium Recharge
    • Reduced Movement Speed
  • Stab:
    • Medium Attack
    • Small Hitbox

  • Spin:
    • Slow Attack
    • Large Hitbox

    • Increased Movement Speed

Buffs:

  • Slash Recharge: 3 sec -> 1.75 sec
  • Spin Recharge: 3.5 sec -> 3.25 sec
  • Stab Recharge: 2.5 sec -> 0.9 sec
  • Stab Active Hitbox: 0.3 sec -> 0.4 sec

Nerfs:

  • Slash Hitbox Reduced
  • Slash Active Hitbox: 0.6 sec -> 0.25 sec
  • Spin Hitbox Reduced
  • Spin Active Hitbox: 0.9 sec -> 0.75 sec
  • Stab Hitbox Reduced
